PANDA NEWS:

We had a fabulous time at Dragons Love Tacos show.  The children were excited to recognize that we have read many of the books.

Language Arts:

We are also working on sight words and blending CVC words to make our reading more fluent.  We wrote our opinions of the show and we also wrote about where we would fly if we were a kite.

Math:

We played some addition games and have continued to work on addition.  We also have be working on persevering when things are thought provoking.  We talked about how important it is to be able to communicate your math thinking and to be able to subitize.  When you kids are working with dice see if they can recognize the dot pattern rather than counting each time especially if they are adding 2 dice.

Art:

The Pandas have been making kites. We used various art supplies to collage the kites.  We are using them for inspiration for a book.
