PANDA NEWS:
The
students celebrated 100th day this week. We
celebrated in a lot of different ways. The students were able to built
with 100 Solo cups, write a book (My Mom Has Told Me 100 Times...), and built towers with our reading buddies.
Language Arts:
We continue to work on diagonals in letters like k & y. I am also finding a lot of
children starting from the bottom when writing letter and numbers. The Pandas also continued to work on our
reading strategies. We have learned good reader use a lot of different
tools when they read.
Math:
The Pandas
celebrated the 100th day of school. We counted to 100 a lot of different ways. It was an exciting day in the Panda room.
Art:
We made valentine's sun catchers and used the children's hand prints to spell out love .
Social Studies:
The students worked in the post office all week. Hopefully, will all the snow days our Valentines will make the mail boxes on time. These postal workers are eagerly a waiting their turn.
